What youll do:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the Grenfell Hardware/C-Store including inventory control, budgeting, staffing, asset protection, and health and safety. The Manager will provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the business delivers trusted products and services to the local community.
Ensure established sale targets and margins are obtained
Explore opportunities for growth and product selection
Develop relationships and partner with community stakeholders
Support local community initiatives and fundraising activities.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Youre experienced in leading a team with a focus on customer service.
You have a large knowledge base of the various products sold within the store such as hardware, oil,
and agricultural products.
You have 3  5 years management experience with an agricultural background an asset.
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
