Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative support to the HR Systems
Manage content on existing MS Sharepoint website
Manage meeting invites
Administer virtual meetings
Manage recordings and take minutes
Provide administrative support and perform other general offices duties
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
Must have be proficient using MS Office
Must have excellent Communications Skills
Have at least 3 - 5 years experience working in an office Environment
Preference will be given to candidates that have previous experience with using MS Sharepoint
This position is a 6 month contract and will originally start as a work from home opportunity so must be able to work from home
