Description

Increase the revenue by reaching out to new potential clients via in-person meetings, calls, emails, and mailings as laid out by monthly goals and targets provided by the management.
    Develop strong relationships with 3rd party planners and other event vendors to conduct events to increase the revenue.
    Coordinate with the bowling and lounge staff on promotions and relevant events and activities.
    Draft, execute and maintain all website and paper materials which include descriptions of all offered leagues, tournaments, specific bowling events, DJ nights, catering services, turnkey event service, patio events, and flexible floor plan options of all areas.
    Use your own creative abilities to create and conduct new social trending events on Facebook and other relevant social media platforms to generate revenue.
    Review incoming inquiries and ensure all necessary information is obtained from prospective clients and ask for clarification and further details as needed.
    Respond to event inquiries as soon as possible. Ensure that event cost is accurate and reasonable as estimates and take care of the event invoices.
    Follow up on proposal within a limited time frame after sending to clients.
    Arrange and attend site visits, walk-throughs and demonstrate as needed.
    Communicate with clients regarding event floorplans, timelines, insurance, permitting, and rental equipment requirements.
    Oversee event set-up and service day as needed.
    Follow-up to thank the client and collect feedback to be shared with team and management.
    Ensure contracts are fully executed and archived, full payment to the event location is made by the client in a timely manner, and follow-up until final payment is completed.
    Schedule and facilitate weekly company meetings to review food and drinks menus, special requests, and greater context for upcoming events. Communicate custom menu requests to kitchen staff and manage the process of ongoing revisions.
