Position Summary:
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for assisting the leadership team of Nolimit Hospitality and Leisure Services Inc. This position will collaborate with senior management within the marketing, sales, accounting, human resources, technical, account management, purchasing, and operations for all bowling leagues, tournaments, open & fun bowling activities, foods and beverages services, and other activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage facilities requests: Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Co-ordinate for bowling & lounge, office and general supplies, disposal of assets, customer parking, maintenance, security services, and all other day-to-day operations.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Coordinate and manage meeting calendars.
Complete registrations for customers, tradeshows, associations, or business awards
Assist management with onboarding or training schedules.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
