Description

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator at our Richardson Pioneer Divisional Office located in Richardson, SK.  As an Administrative Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the divisional office team as well as contribute to the overall experience of our Richardson Pioneer locations.

Responsibilities:

-IFS team support, processing invoices, monthly reports and asset documentation completion
-Assist with preparation of annual budgets and re-forecasts during the year
-Support marketing team initiatives such as trade show organization and various sponsorships
-Compile monthly projects spending reports and budget report summarys
-Perform administrative, operational and general office duties
-Process accounts receivable/accounts payable
-Prepare communication materials
-Administrative support to Divisional Office team

Qualifications:

-Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role
-Knowledge of bookkeeping, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
-Excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail
-An agriculture background is considered an asset
