Description

Summary
Motivated seasonal cook/bartender/server committed to preparing an assortment of menu items, ensuring the safe preparation of food, working with General Manager in menu preparation, working with servers and pro shop staff, catering to large tournaments and bookings, inventory reporting, cooking and meal prep, serving beverages, mixing drinks, ensure members and players have a positive dining This position works independently and as a team. Cash Handling and customer service daily activities. Please note, this position has the ability to produce very substantial tips when the right person is in the position.

Responsibilities:
Food preparation and production for food services according to menu specifications.
Complete monthly inventory reports as required.
Maintain a clean work area including service and holding equipment.
Knowledgeable in mixing drinks  
Lift moderate to heavy weights.
Customer Service
Ability to work quickly with minimal supervision.
Cash handling, Point of Sale system use
Serving experience -mixed drinks, taking orders, customer service

Must be able to work weekends, evenings, day time shifts

Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Apprenticeship or other formal training in general duty cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication (oral and written) skills.
MUST HAVE FOOD SAFE AND SERVE IT RIGHT CERTIFICATION
MUST HAVE SERVE IT RIGHT CERTIFICATION

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Prior positive experience in Customer Service, with current references.
At least 19 years of age or older
Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, such as long hours, walking or standing, driving the beverage carts, carrying trays of food, etc.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but our biggest requirement is a dedication to customer service and a professional attitude.
