This might be your next dream job! Working with a reputable Financial Planning Firm, your duties will include:
- Reception support, respond to enquiries and provide general information regarding the company and services.
- Administer client accounts and files.
- Create new account files, prepare new client, documentation and diarize activities.
- Administer purchase and redemptions of mutual funds.
- Maintain an up to date and accurate client database.
- Website and newsletter maintenance.
- General office duties.
Desired Traits:
- Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong multitasking, planning and coordinating skills.
- Motivated and creative with an ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
- Business professional with a team player attitude.
Education:
- Office Administration Certificate, Business Diploma, ideally in Financial Services would be a strong asset.
- Related training in mutual funds, securities and financial planning is an asset.
Experience:
- 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a financial setting.
