Description

Bridgeview Fluid Solutions Inc., a growing SE Saskatchewan-based agricultural chemical and warehousing company, is seeking a permanent Warehouse Associate/Operator.  Under the direction of the Owner, the Warehouse Associate/Operator will manage and assist in all aspects of the warehouse and production activities associated with the enterprise.

Job Duties:
Manage and perform all loading, unloading, shipping and receiving activities for the warehouse
Manage all inventory physically in the warehouse and the ERP computer system
Ensure all regulatory, safety, procedural, labelling, reporting and documentation requirements are completed in a timely manner
Safely operate a forklift and at times other mobile equipment (zoom boom, man-lift, loader, pickup/trailer)
Operate plant/process equipment as requested (water treatment, packaging/repackaging, diesel emission fluid, blending, coating, container cleaning and repair, etc.)
Perform inspections on inventory, equipment, containers and warehouse areas
Conduct general maintenance, repairs, inspections and housekeeping duties
Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers
Assist with warehouse improvements and upgrades

Job Requirements:
TDG and WHMIS certification
Forklift certification
First Aid / CPR certification
Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
Read, write, speak and understand English as required by safety standards and operating procedures
Math and computer skills (MS Office, ERP system)
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, squatting and lifting
Ability to work seasonal overtime, afternoon and/or night shifts as required
Valid drivers license and transportation

Knowledge and Experience:
Agricultural chemicals classification, storage and safe handling
Warehouse organization and operation
AWSA, Crop Life, NFC, TDG, WHMIS
