BUSINESS ANALYST
Our digital marketing team needs a results-driven Business Analyst to identify problems and opportunities and provide digital solutions that will help achieve the organizations strategic goals.
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate understanding business needs and the technical requirements to support and coordinate development projects from conception to implementation and providing guidance on technical issues. This role will also be responsible for identifying improvements to the websites accessibility and performance and build out marketing automation workflows. Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are a must-have.
Key job responsibilities include:
Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Define business and technical requirements.
Coordinate development projects from conception to implementation.
Maintain communication with digital marketing team, IT and third-party developers.
Building out marketing automation workflows in hubspot and coordinate data properties.
Use data and insights to present solutions for web development or marketing automation.
Improve website accessibility and performance.
Staying up to date with industry technology trends.
Requirements
Previous experience in web development or other related fields.
Post-secondary education, preferrable in IT, Business, Marketing or other related field.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and other languages.
Experience in Hubspot marketing automation is mandatory.
Ability to leveraging technology to solve business problems.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
A creative thinker.
Excellent knowledge of web development disciplines.
Project management.
