1. Address staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, training, supervising and scheduling.
2. Inventory control performed on a weekly/monthly basis.
3. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
4. Meet with industry reps, determine new products and pricing to maximize profit margins.
5. Perform managerial duties i.e. opening and closing the store, managing complaints, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
6. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
7. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness etc.
9. Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and improve their efficiency.
10. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
11. Monitor revenues and expenses.
12. Be on-call 7 days/week.
