ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by all yard/logistics team members
Creating the best possible experience for our customers
Planning daily and weekly schedules and loads for truck drivers
Manage all incoming and outgoing freight
Leadership and task planning for yard team members
Ensure continued success of the department through working safely, building strong relationships and Flaman products/services knowledge
