Job description
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, love working outdoors, hardworking, and self-driven to join our team, selling the best fruit, veggies and baking round! Full time positions are available running from mid June through the end of September
As a fruit stand/truck sales associate, being cheerful and outgoing will come naturally to you, you will be detail oriented, teachable, and able to manage time well while working independently. You will take pride in a job well done, and enjoy seeing satisfied customers.
Our goal is to continue to provide quality products and customer service to our current customers, as well as to expand our customer base through consistent excellence.
Responsibilities
Replenish stock and goods on display shelves
Rotate products and goods according to the company's instructions
Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly "hello" as they enter the store
Create a positive and friendly environment for customers
Assist with the customer orders by retrieving items from the relevant sections, and sharing knowledge about the various product
Remove expired products from the display
Maintain an accurate in store inventory
Ensure shelves are clean and neat
Set up / Tear down tents and displays
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of produce and grocery items
Self starter, able to work independently and manage time wisely
Naturally hard working
Teachable
Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
Helpful and enthusiastic
Excellent customer service and mannerism
Friendly and approachable
Experience in safe food handling preferred
Thursday - Saturday availability a must
Able to stand and walk around for long periods at a time
Able to move, lift and carry a minimum of 40lbs
Class 5 drivers license required
