Description

SecurTek is looking to fill the role of SR. Clerk  Dealer Relations. This position assists with supporting the SecurTek Dealer Network as well as internal and external customers. You will perform a variety of administrative duties associated with the recruitment, training and support of this dealer network. Completing work to ensure that dealer requirements are met or exceeded. Assisting with communications to deliver positive brand, product and service messages for SecurTek.

Typical Duties:
- Ensures the dealer network is fully supported by providing ongoing process assistance and support for retail, wholesale, medical and service dealer programs.
- Responsible for the delivery of communication of new and/or revised programs, policies and administrative practices pertaining to SecurTek services.
- Provides administrative functions for the planning, of events, trade shows, meetings and processes any related documentation.
- Provides clerical and administrative support with internal and external customer communications.
- Responds to corporate customer concerns resulting from dealer actions.
- Provides ongoing assessment of dealer performance through various reporting and information analysis

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Diploma and some post-secondary classes with 1yr related business experience.  
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to deal effectively with others.
- Working knowledge of PC programs, including those related to database management, accounting, word processing, web site development and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer contacts with tact, diplomacy and courtesy, particularly when handling complaints and resolving disputes.
