Redbird Communications is a fast-growing and innovative player in residential internet, and were looking for the right individual to help us harness and scale our long-term growth.
We want ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team. If youre self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and some solid sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or tech, we want to hear from you.
As a junior role, you dont need to be a seasoned professional, but you do need to have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic
Bachelors degree preferred with a preferred focus in business
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated
Previous sales experience is a plus
Maintain a valid drivers license, clean abstract and access to reliable transportation
Experience with Sonar considered an asset
WHAT YOULL DO
make outbound calls to prospective and current clients to build and maintain engagement and use your knowledge to showcase the solutions that will solve your customers most pressing internet connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
Identify and research new sales opportunities.
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Utilize our customer management system (CRM) to record sales activities, provide reports and manage customer data.
Maintain an accurate and up to date opportunity funnel, with proper staging and next steps.
