The Admin. & Events Co-ordinator will be responsible to:
Front office administration tasks, including reception duties, answering the phone, etc.; process all invoicing requirements; complete research and prepare materials as required; process customer requests for Member-to-Member communications; administer a website; prepare social media and traditional media materials; assist in planning, organizing and evaluating events; and office duties as assigned. This is a small team office, so duties will be varied.
