Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Crush/Seed Cleaning Operator at our Yorkton, SK facility. Crush/Seed Cleaning Operators are responsible for segregating and cleaning all canola according to quality specifications, and operating the crush plant including all ancillary equipment.

Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor processing equipment, including lubrication and maintenance requirements
-Coordinate daily operational tasks and activities with other departments
-Perform housekeeping duties in the crush/seed cleaning area
-Participate in process optimization initiatives
-Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, Legislative and Corporate requirements
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Must have grade 12 or equivalent combined with excellent written, documentation and verbal communications skills
-Must have a good work performance and attendance record and be willing to work rotating shift schedule, weekends and overtime
-Experience in a Manufacturing Plant environment or experience operating grain cleaners would be considered an asset
