Description

ALFA Engineering Ltd. is a well-established Professional Consulting Electrical Engineering Firm based in Regina, SK. We provide prime and sub-consulting services for a large variety of commercial, institutional, educational, municipal, recreational, and light industrial construction projects.

We are currently looking for an Intermediate or Senior Electrical Engineering Technologist to join our team.

Your duties will include:    
Liaising with Owners, Consultants and other Project Stakeholders to identify and establish project design requirements,
assessing available materials and technology to determine its suitability for use on specific projects,
completing preliminary and detailed designs for building electrical systems,
preparing tender and construction documentation and
performing construction contract administration services.

Your minimum qualifications include:
A Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology recognized by the Saskatchewan Polytechnical Institute,
current registration or eligibility for registration as an Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.) or Certified Technologist (C.Tech.) with Technology Professionals Saskatchewan,
a minimum five (5) years related design and construction contract administration experience,
a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver License,  
proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word as well with Autodesk AutoCAD software and
proficiency or familiarity with Autodesk Revit software.

You are a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills. You are able to manage your time in an efficient manner, prioritizing tasks to complete multiple projects on time. You enjoy working with a diverse group of design, construction and administrative professionals. You are looking to advance your career in the Electrical Consulting Industry and take on a leadership role within our firm.
