The Final Assembly Team Lead is to ensure Schulte Quality Standard and sole responsibility for the inspections of machines leaving assembly areas.

Day Shift - Monday to Thursday; 6:45 am till 5:15 pm.

Essential Functions of the job
1. Working with the Shift Supervisor in achieving daily output
2. Training of new employees
3. Provide coaching and support to all team members
4. Ensure employees are following all safety policies and procedures
5. Conduct daily team meeting at beginning of each shift to ensure team goals for the day.
6. Reassign, when needed, employees to work to achieve daily goals upon consulting with Supervisor.
7. Coordinate with other company departments to ensure goals are met.
8. Ensure that all product produced is to Schulte Quality Standard. If in doubt consult with Q/A Dept. and Supervisor.


The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Hand or supervisory role
- Experience supervising a minimum of 10 people

Working Conditions
Performing physical labor for long periods of time
Standing, Kneeling, and bending required.
