The QMS Coordinator will be responsible to assist with developing and maintaining documentation and to audit and monitor against agreed targets. The QMS Coordinator should be detail oriented and comfortable communicating any issues to the QMS Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
Assist departments to implement procedures
Ensure standards are being maintained through auditing process
Verification of training programs
Monitoring continued performance standards
Ensure all technical documents, such as procedures and policies, are controlled
Organizing/setting-up SharePoint sites for document storage
Developing and maintain documentation revision control
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary education in a relatable field or a minimum of 2 years of experience
Excellent writing and verbal skills using the English language
Adept with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understands document processing principles and practices
Travel throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta will be required
Problem-solving & team working skills
Experience working with many file types
Other duties as directed from time to time
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
