The successful will provide part-time administrative and program support for the SSS Saskatoon and area office. You will work with Society staff to provide information and support to clients and families that will require understanding, compassion, tact, and positive communication.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
Responding to phone, mail, electronic contacts in a timely and efficient manner
Initiating strategies and activities to increase public awareness in the city of Saskatoon and area.
Creating and maintaining office processes and procedures
Establishing and maintaining manual and electronic filing and record management system
Working with other Saskatoon agencies in regards to Mental Health issues
Managing and facilitate community-based activities for consumers as part of their recovery goals
Managing and deliver the Family Recovery Journey program
Co-ordinating fundraising events
Qualifications and Competencies:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Well-developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Proficient user in MS Office
