Uppal Pandher LLP is currently seeking applications for the Business Receptionist for Regina office.

The ideal candidate will provide assistance with a variety of administrative tasks, with the opportunity to grow within the organization.

Education:

Minimum 2 years Canadian qualification;

The successful candidate will possess: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to draft confidential and formal correspondence Attention to detail and creative problem solving skills Professional, proactive and well-organized to provide for the efficient execution of processes and responsibilities Results focused, taking ownership of quality and execution of assigned tasks Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to learn and implement new skills, working efficiently and independently Ability to multi-task, while meeting multiple deadlines Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (scheduling meetings/managing calendars) and PowerPoint Knowledge.
