Kuza Hair and Beauty Supply is a leading provider of Hair extension products and services in Regina. We are looking to add a supervisor to our team. Qualified candidate must be knowledgeable about black hair care, must be skilled in braiding and hair extension install. A hairstylist with a journeyman gives you a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities include;
1. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
2. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
3. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
4. Open and close the store, manage complaints, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
5. Attend to customers and other miscellaneous activities
6. Manage social media handles
7. Process and ship online orders
8. Assist customers with installation of products
9. Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
10. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
11. Train staff when required
