Overall responsibility of supervising the Companys daily operations and implementing the companys standards in all aspects of its operation.
Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of sorting, distributing and maintaining inventories of bread and other bakery products, performing sales/returns transactions, scheduling route, operating delivery vehicle, and other related activities
Plan, organize and oversee operations of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit reports and co-ordinate activities with other delivery staff.
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Ensure smooth operation of handheld systems, equipment and machinery required in distribution process.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Ensures accuracy of employee time keeping and payroll reporting
Developing customer relations
Carrying out the proper inventory management and monitor revenues
Excellent team management
Recruitment of crew members and oversee staff training,
Maintaining highest standards for product and service delivery to make sure that every customer is satisfied
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Supervises the day-to-day task assignment and performance of team members.
Supervises all matters relating to team members recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
