They have proven experience in the safe and reliable production and delivery of industrial, medical and specialty gases.

Reporting to the Retail Manager of Western Canada, the Branch Manager is responsible for:
    Overseeing and coordinating of the daily activities and work processes of the branch to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and branch profitability
    Managing branch staff through effective communication coaching and team building to achieve superior performance in all key areas, with a particular focus on customer service
    The financial viability of the branch by establishing and controlling key performance measurements with respect to inventory levels, cylinder control, truck routing and other fixed assets

Qualities the Candidate MUST have:
    Ability to manage a staff of 8 direct reports
    A collaborative style of leadership
    An excellent communicator
    A "working Manager" - not one "behind the desk"
Skills & Experience:
    Good understanding of inventory management & logistics principles
    Sound P&L fundamentals
    Excellent computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word)
    Previous people management - 5 years.
    High level of work ethic, and customer service
