Job Responsibilities:
Taking orders from the customers, inputting POS and serving drinks and food.
Prepare bar drinks or cocktails as per the specifications of the customers and then serve them
Clean and sterilize dishes and other bar equipment and utensils etc.
Remove trays, plates, dishes etc. from the bar or the tables once the customer is done eating or drinking.
Collect money & process debit or credit transactions from the customer.
Transfer beverages from Off Sale to Bar using transfer sheets.
Complete food and or/beverage waste form as needed
Both bartending and serving skills required.
Processing take-out orders over phone.
Stock and maintain pars on all alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, ice and bar fruit as well as, maintain dining area and back of bar per standards (including sweeping, mopping, table and chair cleaning).
Stock and double check glassware in the bar area.
Responsible for accurately ringing up both food and bar sales, as well as, VLT payouts, shift cash out, according to proper and legal protocol.
Communicate effectively with managers, kitchen staff and other servers.
Close and or open bar properly and safely.
Abide by all policies, procedures and standards as laid out by management. It is the responsibility of each employee to carry themselves with respect to other employees, customers and to themselves.
Server bartender should arrive to work well groomed and with a positive attitude prior to your shift start time.
Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and promote cleanliness in the workplace.
Other duties as needed.
