The Lloydminster Interval Home Society offers a supportive, healthy work culture and a competitive wage.  The Lloydminster Community Youth Centre is a robust program of the Lloydminster Interval Home, is dedicated to the well-being of youth, and offers an extraordinary range of services and activities to adolescents aged 12  18.
Position Overview
If you are passionate about positively impacting a diverse population of youth, you will find fulfillment as a Youth Program Facilitator. As a Lloydminster Community Youth Centre Team Member, you will support youth as they work toward Developing Habits for Healthy Relationships, Building Their Own Capacity, and striving for Overall Well-Being.
Duties and Responsibilities
-As a positive role model with a passion for youth and fun, you will plan and facilitate evening programs at the Youth Centre  
-You will establish intentional and genuine relationships with youth
-Within a team, you will be confident in supporting a diverse population
-Within a team, you will contribute to the safety and cleanliness of the Youth Centre
-You will be comfortable and qualified transporting youth in a 15-passenger van
-Position is casual and requires evening shifts including Saturdays
-Schedule negotiable
Qualifications
-Education and experience in Youth Leadership and Adolescent Development are assets
-A clean valid drivers license with a minimum of three years driving and insurance history are necessary
-Criminal Record Check and Intervention Check are required
