Description

The McKay Group of Companies is a leading manufacturer of wear parts primarily for the Agricultural, Lawn and Garden and Rail Industries. We have two manufacturing facilities in Saskatchewan, Ralph McKay Industries Inc. in Regina, and Harvest Services in Craik. We also have a manufacturing facility in Perry Iowa, Wiese Industries Inc.

We are looking for two new Engineering team members for our Regina operations. Ralph Mckay is our primary stamping, heat treating and forming plant for higher volume parts. We manufacture our own designs as well as custom manufactured parts. The duties of the team range from product design through to the manufacture of tooling, machine design and all other items needed to ensure the production of high-quality components from our manufacturing department. You will be working with other Engineers, Technologists and Journeymen from our support departments to make your ideas come to fruition in the production department.


Skills
    Strong attention to detail
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Strong project management skills
    Automation experience an asset
    Must be able to use current 3D modelling software with preference given to SolidWorks.
    Training and/or experience in a manufacturing or machine building environment
    Able to be registered as P.Eng or A.Sc.T. in Saskatchewan with a mechanical or industrial designation.
