We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant.

The positions primary function is to lead continuous improvement activities utilizing lean manufacturing tools and techniques to achievement improvement in safety, cost, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in engineering with a preference to those with an emphasis on Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Direct experience successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self- starter demonstrates initiative and dedication.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, about to work in fast paced, team environment.
