Job Summary
Reporting to the Production Services Manager, this position is responsible for entering production, and marketing data and supplying units and managers with required reports.
General Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and updating of Pig Flow movements, Internal and Marketing schedules
Communicate and work with Production Mgrs, Prod. Units and Red Deer plant
Work with and communicate with Market dispatch in building the marketing schedule
Admin support to the Logistics Planning Manager
Working with Production Services Technician and Manager to enter production data
Other assignments as per Production Services Manager
Education/Experience Required
Office Education Certificate or equivalent experience
Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet
Experience or knowledge in the pig industry, animal flow or willingness to learn
Self motivated, organized and detailed oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to analyze and record numerical data
