Nicks Service is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our Arctic Cat and Textron Off Road recreation equipment department. You will work directly with our customer base of recreation enthusiasts in determining their parts, service, and repairs. You will be diagnosing equipment failures and repairing equipment as needed.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, will be well organized and possess solid communication skills with co-workers, customers, and management. Your wage is dependent on your experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Direct consultation with customers to determine their parts and service needs
-Writing work orders for serviced equipment
-completing warranty claims
-Provide input assistance with inventory control management
Skills
-Extensive technical knowledge of snowmobiles, atvs, and side by sides
-Work order management
Requirements
-Valid Drivers License
-SIAST Small Engine/Power Sport Technician Certificate an asset
