The Opportunity:

The Insurance Advisor is responsible for the promotion, sales and service of all Insurance products to new and existing clients and provides information on insurance packages.

In this role youll:
Identify clients needs and provide recommendations for the products and services required
Promote retention of existing clients by providing quality customer service
Rate new and renewal business utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
Review and analyze personal sales volumes for improvement opportunities

Heres what you bring:

6 months to 1 year of industry experience
High school diploma, plus one year of formal education is preferred
Insurance broker level 1 license is a must.
Working towards CAIB and/or CIP are an asset (Financial Support Provided)
Track record of achieving sales targets
A natural ability at building authentic customer relationships
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion
