KRN TOLENTINO ARCHITECTURE Ltd. is currently accepting applications for the Architectural Revit Technologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with strong three-dimensional modeling, rendering and visualization skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Prepares technical drawings and documents
- Provides internal document quality control and coordination with other disciplines
- Coordinates and prepares design development presentations
- Collaborates with specification writers, consultants and design teams for submittal reviews in accordance to project specifications
- Produces construction plans and ensures compliance with codes and bylaws
- Researches building products for value and efficiency
- Assists in coordinating and scheduling the work of consultants, contractors, site inspectors and production teams
- Supports coordination of contract administration
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized Architectural Technology Program
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technologist in an architectural firm with a focus on Revit based projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Autocad, Revit and Sketchup
- Good understanding of Building Envelope
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well organized with good interpersonal skills
- Local experience considered an asset
