Lynch Property Services Inc. is currently seeking candidates to fill a full time maintenance worker position. If you have applied for this position in the past, please feel free to re-apply.

Candidates must be responsible, self-motivated and physically fit.

Full time shifts are typically from 5:30am to 2:30pm (but may vary) Monday to Friday. Part time shifts from 5:30am to 9:30 am Monday to Friday are also available. Candidates MUST HAVE HAD A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE for more than 3 years, CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT and the ability to get to and from work as public transportation may not be available. Because of the nature of this job, employees must not have a criminal record, and a background check may be required.

Duties will include shoveling snow, spreading ice melter, landscape and lawn care duties, litter pick up, inspection of facilities, as well as basic indoor/outdoor maintenance and repair work. Employees will also be required to operate hand tools, power tools, snow blowers, lawn tractors as well as basic lawn care equipment.

Any certifications such as pesticide applicators license, building systems certificate, etc. would be an asset but is not required. Experience in hauling light duty trailers, operating zero turn mowers and general lawn care maintenance would strongly favour a candidate.

Shifts are Monday to Friday but employees must be available to work a minimum 1 weekend per month.
