Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Agro Salesperson (Crop Inputs) at our Crop Inputs Centre in, Nipawin, SK.

Reporting to the Crop Inputs Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Engage and interact with members and guests to create a positive experience - in person, on the telephone and at all points of customer contact
-Execute in store and on the road sales of crop inputs, crop nutrition products and farm equipment through the development of member, customer and supplier relationships
-Consult with in-house agronomy and supplier experts to deliver innovative solutions to growers
-Ensure environmental compliance
-Maintain inventory control, ordering and data reporting through in house programming and receive, distribute and load crop protection products
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
-Perform other duties as assigned

You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
-You must have agriculture/farm experience with a CCA status and 5 or more years of sales experience.
-You hold an Ag Degree or Diploma; a combination of relevant experience/education may be considered
-Youre well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
-Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
-You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
-You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-You must have superior customer service and interpersonal skills
-You have a flexible work schedule including seasonal peaks
-You have at least a valid Class 5 Drivers License
