Description

The Human Resources Coordinator fills a strategic support role within the Meadow Lake Tribal Council's existing businesses including NorSask Forest Products, L&M Wood Products and MLTC Bioenergy Centre.  The HR Coordinator facilitates:

     development and administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs;

     the recruitment process for MLTCII and its subsidiaries;

     the maintenance of an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards;

     the engagement of supervisors and managers with conflict resolution and employee disciplinary matters;

     collaboration of outcomes that enhance a safe work culture; and

     coordination of training opportunities.

The role will provide essential administration support services related to all MLTCII human resource matters.
