As Vendastas Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead a growing team to improve the overall customer experience while driving product adoption & turning free users into paying customers. You will build our lifecycle marketing strategy and practice from the ground up.

Create a seamless experience from when a customer first hears about the brand until after theyve made a purchase.
Nurture & convert free users to paid users (see, try, buy) via product-led motions as well as engagement programs. Accountable for customers and potential customers once they enter our funnel (ie. Sign up as a free user).
Work with the team that manages our customer community to optimize the experience and build trust equating in end revenue.
Guide the delivery of a seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in a customers lifecycle
Work with the product team to optimize the onboarding journey, creating a seamless user experience as leads move from website to product to purchase, and deploy in-product marketing tactics to expand accounts.
Work with the content marketing team to produce our best practice content for late-stage prospects & existing customers.
Build & execute initiatives that are customer-centric, lead cross-functional programs to create best practices for the entire organization.

Skills & Qualifications
8+ years progressive experience in marketing and building lifecycle marketing strategy that deliver business results
3+ years experience in a people management role with direct experience growing and developing others
Incredible creative marketing, communication skills, and a strong passion for serving and understanding customers.
Analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts.
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
Ability to write effective copy; graphic design capabilities are a plus.
