Quinnalan Jaimes Contracting (QJC) is a well-established new home construction contractor that specializes in building inspired, custom homes. We are known for quality craftsmanship and professional project management. QJC is inviting applicants for the position of Foreman/woman.

The successful candidate will be a well-rounded Journeyperson carpenter with proven site leadership experience and the following skills and aptitudes:

- construct and renovate homes to the highest standards
- read and interpret construction drawings, codes and documents
- work with the site supervisor and management to provide jobsite leadership and organization
- act as foreman/woman and as part of a crew
- communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- perform administrative tasks
- estimate materials and projects
- execute work flows and meet deadlines
- maintain safe job sites and promote safe work practices
- posses a valid drivers license and safely operate a vehicle
- be highly motivated

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license
and be willing to travel within a 100 km radius to various job sites throughout Lakeland (Emma Lake, Waskesiu Lake, Elk Ridge).

Wage: $30/hr to start
Benefits: health, dental, LTD, life
Travel: as per company policy
Term: permanent, full-time
