-must be knowledgeable of vehicle components, functionality and able to assess what work is needed and apply themselves to ensure jobs are done properly and efficiently.
-minimum two years experience performing mechanical auto repair.
-Must show initiative to perform tasks without supervision
- Must have a knowledge of parts to be able to order/sell.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Proof of previous experience would be an asset. Example: personal custom work, references from other auto repair businesses.
- Must be able to diagnose problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Willingness to work with the public would be an asset. Example: speaking to customers about vehicle issues and how it was repaired or why it could not be repaired.
-Must have knowledge of performance parts and performance modifications
-Must have utmost respect for classic and performance cars.
-Must be capable of learning in time-sensitive situations.
-Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
-Must have reputable references.
