About the Role:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for helping our clients bring their dreams to reality.  From the initial discussions to completion of the project you will be there every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
Monitoring day to day construction activities.
Promoting a culture of safety, environmental, quality and regulatory compliance.
Work with estimator to ensure project controls are in place for cost and schedule.
Determine needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and others as necessary to determine the specifications of the project.
Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customers requirements.
Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.
Cultivate the development of site personnel.

Requirements:
Proven experience as Construction Project Manager obtained through a university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management. (or combination of academic and/or practical experience).
Strong knowledge of various construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislations.
Familiarity with health and safety standards.
Working knowledge of MS Office as well as Sage 100 would be a strong asset.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent resources, planning and time management skills.
Superior management and delegation capabilities.
Keen eye for detail.
