Scope of Responsibilities:
Measuring and combining ingredients using established and documented recipes using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, pastries, donuts, bagels, and others.
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Displaying and decorating the finished products to make them client-ready and ensure that all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
Maintains inventory baking supplies, baking equipment and tracks deliveries, inventory, and production levels
Adhere to all Health, Sanitation and Safety requirements.
Maintain clean kitchen and work area
Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least a year plus in working experience in baking the related field.
Ability to read and follow recipes.
Good organizational skills
Food Safety Certification required
Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Completion of secondary school is required and having gone through any type of apprenticeship/training program related to baking is a plus.
