self-motivated Inside Sales Agent that thrives in a busy sales and service real estate
environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage, contact, and track potential clients
Act as a concierge to all agents on the team
Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads
Willingness to work flexible hours
Schedule tours and showings for realtors
Handling marketing materials and drip campaigns
In-office client meetings & interactions
Answering potential client questions and follow up call questions
Manage and maintain a large client database
Manage communications to the client database
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Responding to emails, texts, and calls from leads regarding property inquiries
