Description

Caleb Village Retirement Community is seeking a fulltime cook for approximately one year. Scheduled hours of approximately 30hours per week with additional shifts to cover holiday leave as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Preparing supper meals for large groups of people. Preparation of desserts,baking,cleaning,etc.
Maintaining a clean and hazardous free work space
Ensuring proper COVID protocols are followed both in and outside of the workplace
Attention to quality and detail
Assisting management with kitchen duties as needed
This job is a late cook shift requiring you work 10:30 to 6:30 and every second week-end. Some heavy lifting and standing on ladders.

Experience working in a commercial kitchen is considered an asset but not required
