Applicant must have secondary school completed and have a minimum of one year of experience in the relevant field. The candidate is expected to have good oral and written communication skills in English. This is a permanent full-time position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week. Qualified candidates should be able to work during weekend shifts or anytime on call.
Some of the job duties will be as below:
Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of food service attendants;
Establish ways to meet the work schedule;
Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently;
Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations;
Manage the inventory and stocks used in the preparation.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety and Little Caesars guidelines.
