Northlands College is seeking a Coordinator of Adult Basic Education for our La Ronge campus. Candidates will have a Bachelor of Education degree, a valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate and two years of related experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate supervisory skills in managing and evaluating people, critical thinking, and familiarity of current education challenges in the North with a thorough understanding of the strategies that address these challenges.  The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the College and is eligible for participation in the Saskatchewan Teachers Retirement Plan.  The Coordinator of Adult Basic Education is an in-scope position reporting to the Manager of Adult Basic Education and is responsible for all aspects of implementing and supervising a variety of education programs including administrative responsibilities.  The position is located in La Ronge, Saskatchewan.  Deadline for applications is Monday, September 20, 2021.  Please reference competition number NLC-21-074 in all communications.
