The Administrative Assistant shall be directly responsible to the Executive Director and is responsible for all clerical, receptionist, payroll and scheduling duties required for the operation of Pipestone Kin-Ability Centre, the associated Group Homes and SARCAN, in accordance with standard accounting and office procedures.
1.Office administration certificate or a minimum of 5 years office administration experience.
2. Knowledge in computer systems, bookkeeping and payroll is essential.
3. Must demonstrate strong client service focus in dealing in dealing with external and internal customers including providing positive interactions for adults experiencing disabilities.
4. Must possess a valid Saskatchewan drivers license
5. Must complete a criminal record check with a vulnerable persons sector check
6. Must be bondable.
