Job Profile:
Radius Credit Union is seeking a full time Member Service Representative Supervisor to be based out of our Ogema Branch.  This position is to fill a minimum 18 month term. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, responsibilities include supervising, motivating and developing a team of Member Service Representatives in order to provide products and services to members and clients thereby ensuring the achievement of the organizational goals and strategies. The MSR Supervisor will oversee all frontline branch staff; providing training, motivation, and performance improvement feedback as required. In addition to the supervisory role, the MSR Supervisor must be proficient in all areas of the member service role in order to provide efficient training and back up as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience and education in the financial industry is an asset however we are willing to train the right candidate. Ideal qualities include: MSR experience and knowledge in the financial industry, supervisory experience, a commitment to self-development, self-motivated and able to work individually and as a member of a team. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of various computer programs.
