Office Administration
Office is located in Yorkton ,SK
Permanent Full Time Position - Available immediately

Job Description:
-Responsible for all sub-contractor recruitment, scheduling, coordination, processing of aggregate load tickets, and subcontractor A/P.
-A/R
-Payroll
-Road maintenance agreements with municipalities and urban permits required for transport of material and equipment.
-GST/PST
-Cross-border transportation and company brokerage firm agreements.
-IFTA interprovincial truck/transport licensing.
-Company Fuel Card issuing, regulation, and maintenance.
-Assist in day to day duties of filing, organizing, reception and other office work required on a daily basis.
-Take on projects as assigned by management involving data entry, analysis, and spreadsheet tracking.


Key Behavior and Skills Needed For This Role:
-Efficient data entry
-Superior Time Management skills required    
-Superior communication, telephone & computer skills
-Proficient with Access, Excel, Word and Outlook software
-Experience in the truck/transport and heavy construction industry would be an asset.
-Ability to work independently for extended periods and also work as a team player.


Minimal Educational Requirements:
-1 year Certificate in Business Administration and 2-3 years work experience.

-This is a full time position with a competitive hourly wage and comes with benefits including full health coverage and retirement plan.  Benefits are available to the successful applicant upon completion of Potzus Ltd's standard probationary period for all employees. A RRSP contributions program is also available after a year of work.
