The Lloydminster Community Youth Centre (LCYC), a robust program of the Lloydminster Interval Home Society, is dedicated to the well-being of youth, and offers an extraordinary range of services and activities to adolescents aged 12  18.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Part-time permanent.  As the LCYC Caretaker your scope of roles and responsibilities will include planning healthy meals, in addition, create and maintain health and safety within the facility, creating a clean and welcoming environment for youth and community guests. Along with the LCYC team, you will establish intentional and genuine rapport with a diverse youth demographic.  A demonstrated strong work ethic and pride in workmanship is essential to work independently.  
RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
You will have the physical stamina and energy to complete all daily, monthly, and annual facility caretaking tasks in a timely and efficient manner. You will take the lead with all aspects of planning, shopping, and creating 3 hot meals per week for youth.  Support LCYC programming by organizing and maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and grocery products
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in Food Safety and facility maintenance are an asset, with a minimum of one year experience in food preparation to large groups. A clean valid drivers license with a minimum of three years driving and insurance history are necessary.
