1) In the absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Fas Gas Plus standards are upheld.
2) Motivate sales workers to perform their duties and prepare the work schedules.
3) Follow up with employees to make sure the tasks provided to them are being executed.
4) Sell merchandise to customers and authorize payments.
5) Lead and assist staff in performing the day to day tasks.
6) Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
7) Emailing daily reports to the company, weekly/monthly inspection reports of pumps.
8) Help unload deliveries and ensure the store is kept clean at all the times.
9) Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
