Program Coordinator
Temporary Full-Time
Saskatoon
The Program Coordinator provides support and coordination to the daily operational activities of a program. The PC assists in the support of individuals in care, with the activities of daily living and in keeping with their individual person-centered plans. The PC will also provide decision support to the team and liaison with clinical professionals in the absence of the Program Manager. The Program Coordinator will respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Christian Horizons, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, people using services and both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
    Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check  
    Valid class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
     Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
Experience: Minimum three years of related experience Education:

College Diploma/Degree in a related field, D.S.W or equivalent
